Introduction to the Course
This course is designed to take participants on a comprehensive journey through the lifecycle of a startup. From selecting the appropriate business structure and understanding the legal framework for incorporation to navigating complex regulations and securing funding, this program covers all critical aspects of building a startup. Participants will explore the essentials of intellectual property protection, learn how to draft and negotiate commercial contracts, and gain insights into managing human resources and compliance with labour laws. The syllabus also addresses marketing strategies, dispute resolution mechanisms, and planning successful exit strategies. With practical modules, real-world case studies, and expert-led sessions, the course equips entrepreneurs and professionals with the tools to ensure legal and operational readiness from inception to closure.
Details & Structure of the Course
- Duration: 6 Weeks (Online)
- Module Coverage: Two modules per week
- Weekend Classes: The classes of the course will be conducted on weekends.
- Mode of Delivery: Live interactive sessions supplemented with reading materials and recorded lectures.
- Evaluation Criteria & Certification:
- Attendance Requirement: Minimum 75% attendance in live sessions is mandatory to be eligible for certification
- Examination:
- Conducted in an online mode at the end of the course
- The examination will include multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and/or subjective
- responses Minimum 50% marks required to pass
- Certification:
- Participants meeting the attendance and examination criteria will be awarded a Certificate of Participation
- The certificate will be issued digitally within a stipulated time after course completion

- Undergraduate Student 1000/-
- Post graduate Student 1500/-
- Academicians/ Professionals 1500/-
Registration & Payment Details
- Registration will close on 10th April.
- Interested participants can register using the Registration link.
- The participants have to pay the course fee at the time of filling the application form. The
payment is to be made online and the receipt of the same has to be attached in the
application form. Without the fee receipt the form will be considered incomplete and liable
for rejection. - The detailed schedule of the course would be shared with participants after the deadline of
the registration.
