Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the Assistant Manager (Legal) position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Educational Qualification:
- A First-Class LLB degree (3 or 5 years) from a law school/university recognized by the Government of India.
- Experience:
- Minimum two (2) years of relevant post-qualification experience, either:
- As an Executive/Officer in a PSU, Government Department, or a reputed private sector organization, OR
- As an Advocate in a well-known law firm (must be enrolled with the Bar Council).
- Minimum two (2) years of relevant post-qualification experience, either:
- Preferred Knowledge Areas:
- Labour Laws, Land Laws, Contract Drafting, Corporate Taxation, RTI.
- Civil and Criminal legal procedures.
- Drafting & reviewing agreements like Lease Deeds, Service Agreements, Indemnity Bonds, MOUs, etc.
- Liaising with external legal counsel for legal opinions.
- Desirable Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal documentation software.
Remuneration & Benefits
- Basic Pay: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 per month (as per IDA pay scale).
- Annual CTC: Approx. ₹15.91 lakh per annum.
