Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B. – 3 years) from a recognized university with graduation in any discipline. OR
- 5-year Integrated Law Course (LL.B.) from a recognized institution.
Note: Both qualifications must be completed full-time with a minimum of 60% marks.
Age Limit
- Maximum: 28 years (as of 13th February 2025).
- Relaxations:
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- SC/ST: 5 years
- PwBD: Up to 15 years
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in:
- Conveyancing and drafting of financing and security documents, guarantees, and contracts.
- Handling due diligence (land or corporate), company laws, Transfer of Property Act, RDB Act, SARFAESI Act, and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
- Experience in documentation related to consortium lending for power or infrastructure projects and recovery/resolution cases will be given preference.
Selection Process
- For the advertised posts, written test/CBT tests shall be conducted, if required, post shortlisting of applications. Tests may be conducted at any place as decided by PFC and candidate are bound to accept it. For attending written test, no to & fro fare or accommodation charges shall be provided.
- Applicants found suitable shall be called for written test/CBT and/ or interview, the venue and time for which will be intimated through the PFC website and email. In case of written test/CBT, the marks obtained shall only be qualifying in nature and will not carry any further weightage in the interview process. Candidate will bear travel, accommodation etc. charges by own for appearing in written test/CBT. PFC will not provide any reimbursement/refund in this regards.
