Eligibility
The candidate should have a degree of LLB/LLM from a reputed institute.
PQE
2-3 years in the area of NCLT, DRT and taxation.
Job Description
- Actual working or at least thorough knowledge of IBC, Taxation and DRT would be a plus point.
- The candidate must have an excellent technical application, drafting and research capabilities, finalizing and filing various applications.
- Drafting legal opinions involving banking, payment services, negotiable instruments, securities, security enforcement laws, contracts and company compliance.
- Planning a strategizing approach for litigation and exploring innovative means to resolve disputes.
