Areas of Practice:
The firm focuses on corporate insolvency work before the National Company Law Tribunal. AMA has been advising different stakeholders (Creditors, Debtors, Companies seeking voluntary insolvency as corporate applicants, Insolvency Professionals, Resolution Applicants, and Employees) involved in the winding up proceedings before High Court, as well as the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Proceedings before the NCLT. Apart from these, the firm is actively engaged in corporate advisory work, commercial arbitrations & mediations, corporate law disputes, money recovery & financial claim cases and High Court litigations in India.
