LenCorp Legal is a full-service Law firm based in Chennai that deals with a spectrum of Legal Services. We are looking for Lawyers with more than three years of experience in real estate matters.
Key Responsibilities
1. Undertaking Title Due Diligence and preparation of title reports.
2. Drafting and review of transaction documents.
3. Advising and structuring the acquisition of property, including issues related to stamp duty and registration.
Required Skills
1. Law Graduate from any recognized University.
2. Experience: Minimum 03 years in Real Estate practice.
3. Possess good oral, written communication and interaction skills.
4. Good proficiency in English & Tamil Language.
Preference: Chennai based Candidates
Remuneration
Commensurate with experience, skills, Last CTC., etc.
