About the Vacancy
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate, Litigation at Saikrishna & Associates in Mumbai. The Associate will be responsible for handling civil litigation cases, including Intellectual Property related matters and TMT litigations. They will work closely with the firm’s litigation team and provide legal support for the resolution of disputes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in law with demonstrated excellent academic performance.
- Enrolment with the Bar Council of State
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include:
- Experience in intellectual property laws, handling commercial disputes and drafting pleadings
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Ability to provide legal support and advice
- Knowledge of telecommunication, media, and technology laws
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
