About the Vacancy
The Financial Group of Bajaj Group is Looking for an experienced legal manager for their Secured Business Loan Vertical in Bajaj Finance Ltd.
Key Responsibilities
- Empanel and coordinate with local lawyers maintain relationships.
- Maintain record for Compliance and Audit.
- Depending on the capability and performance of the candidate the job holder will assist other senior officers in the team.
- Provide all requisite assistance to FCU Collections Team & other Cross Function Teams
- Drafting of replies to notices received from Law Enforcement Agencies Statutory / Regulatory Bodies etc.
- Drafting & vetting of notices & litigation documentation. Required Qualifications and Experience
- Should be a Law graduate.
- The candidate must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in mortgage and should be well-versed in the property laws of the state.
