The selected candidate will handle corporate restructuring assignments including mergers, demergers, and schemes of arrangement/amalgamation before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). The role also extends to general corporate advisory matters, requiring advanced legal drafting, research, and client advisory skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and executing restructuring projects before NCLT, including mergers and demergers.
- Drafting and reviewing schemes of arrangement, petitions, applications, and submissions.
- Providing high-quality legal and strategic advice on corporate matters.
- Conducting in-depth legal research and analysis for restructuring/advisory assignments.
- Coordinating with clients, regulators, and stakeholders for smooth implementation of schemes.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure regulatory compliance and seamless project execution.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Law graduate from a premier law college.
- Additional (Desirable): Company Secretary qualification.
- Experience: 3–4 years of relevant post-qualification experience in corporate restructuring and advisory.
