Each street passes through various laws and rules to reach its destination of appropriate advise, compliance & documentations and tries to avoid litigation, a path less travelled/preferred, but sleekly travels through this path if need be. LexStreet has vide network of experienced lawyers, associates and counsels from divers fields. LexStreet advises on various facets of transaction, working closely with domain experts,consulting and accounting firms, Chartered Accountants and professional from various disciplines to ensure prompt and accurate advice to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting related to Litigation
- Drafting of Contracts, Agreements, Plaints, Complaints, Written Statements, Legal Notices/Replies, Rejoinders, etc.
- Litigation (including ADR) Management
- Assisting the Counsel, briefing them, and/or Appearing before the trial courts, appellate courts, Tribunals, and appellate tribunals/ Quasi-Judicial Authority/ies.
- Legal Research
- Assist to Prepare Research notes, Written arguments, Convenience compilations etc.
Eligibility:
- Qualified Advocate and AIBE cleared (if applicable)
- minimum of three years of working experience with a law firm or
- Committed to working with us for a minimum of three years.
- Flexible to travel outstation
- Ready to work late at times when needed.
- Having Good command of languages
- able to take care of case independently
- Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
- Highly proficient with relevant office PC applications
- Hands-on experience in Corporate Law / Commercial Law would be added advantage.
- Willing to reside in Vadodara city.
- expected to have a Basic understanding of the Gujarati language.
