Responsibilities and Duties:
They are looking for young, hardworking, honest, quick learner to expand their Intellectual Property Law practice.
The person shall be responsible for
- (i) Filing Trade Mark, Copyright and Design registration applications
- (ii) Drafting and filing Trade Mark Opposition Proceedings
- (iii) Attending Show Cause and/or Opposition hearings before the Trade Marks Registry, if required
- (iv) Conducting research in the field of IPR laws
- (v) Drafting trademark / copyright / design litigation proceedings as well as Agreements / Deeds and (vi) willing to travel for work out of station as & when necessary.
Key Skills:
Drafting legal documents, Proficient in English, Proficient in operating Word and Excel
Required Experience and Qualifications
A person who has experience of at least a year working in IPR (Trade Mark / Copyright / Design) sector on non-litigation side with Corporate, Law Firm, Independent Practice may only apply. Should have experience of online /offline filing of Trade Mark, Copyright and Design registration applications, Drafting and filing Trade Mark Opposition Proceedings.
