Responsibilities:
a) Conduct trademark searches, filings, oppositions, and objection handling
b) Manage client portfolios and docketing
c) Respond to office actions
d) Work with copyrights and their related matters
e) Draft and review IP agreements, opinions, and other related IP services
Requirements:
a) Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in trademarks and related areas
b) Experience with copyright matters
c) Familiarity with IP agreements, opinions, and other related IP services
d) Strong communication and interpersonal skills
e) Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Education:
L.L.B. or L.L.M with IP specialization
