Position
Senior Associate – Legal
Location
This candidate will be deployed at Client location at Yerawda, Pune. There would be travel involved in this role within Pune location. This role would be would be an individual contributor role and requires a certain sense of ownership and minimum handholding.
Skills and Experience
LL. B with corporate commercial experience of 3-5 years and exposure to real-estate / construction mandatory.
Top priorities/deliverables:
- This incumbent should have strong experience in drafting and negotiating contracts.
- Ability to co-ordinate among inter-department teams and external consultants and lawyers.
- Be able to advise on day to day operational and business issues related to RERA, Employment and Construction contracts.
- The candidate should be able to analyse and make presentations on key legal developments including new legislations and judicial pronouncements to senior management and business teams.
- The candidate should have knowledge of commercial, civil and property laws.
Linguistic ability
Excellent written and spoken communication in English is mandatory.
