Essential Qualification
Law graduation (eligible to practice law in India) enrolled with the Bar Council.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assistance in litigation work in Supreme Court, High Court, Tribunals and Commissions.
- Assistance in Arbitration Proceedings.
- Preparing briefs, case files, extensive case law research and making notes.
- Flexibility and willingness to learn, communication skills, coordinating with clients and other briefing counsels and organising and maintaining the office and records.
