Eligibility Criteria

- Labour Law
- Desirable Qualification:
- Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
- Age Limit:
- General/UR: Maximum 35 years
- OBC: Maximum 38 years
- SC/ST: Maximum 40 years
- Relaxation: As per Central Government norms for candidates in specific categories.
Job Responsibilities
The appointed officers will perform statutory functions under various labour enactments. Responsibilities include:
- Industrial Disputes: Preventing and settling disputes between workers and management.
- Enforcement: Ensuring compliance with various labour laws.
- Conciliation and Appeals: Acting as Conciliation Officers, Inspectors, and Appellate Authorities under relevant Acts.
- Labour Welfare: Promoting harmonious industrial relations and labour welfare initiatives.
