Eligibility Criteria
Court Master (Shorthand)
- Educational Qualification: Degree in Law from a recognized university.
- Skill Requirements:
- Proficiency in Shorthand (English) at 120 words per minute.
- Typing speed of 40 words per minute.
- Knowledge of computer operations.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of regular service in relevant roles in Government/Public Sector/Statutory Bodies.
- Age Limit: 30 to 45 years.
Senior Personal Assistant
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Skill Requirements:
- Proficiency in Shorthand (English) at 110 words per minute.
- Typing speed of 40 words per minute.
- Knowledge of computer operations.
- Age Limit: 18 to 30 years.
Personal Assistant
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Skill Requirements:
- Proficiency in Shorthand (English) at 100 words per minute.
- Typing speed of 40 words per minute.
- Knowledge of computer operations.
- Age Limit: 18 to 30 years.
Age Relaxation: Usual relaxations as per Government of India norms for SC/ST/OBC/Physically Challenged/Ex-Servicemen.
Selection Process
The selection process involves multiple stages:
- Typing Speed Test (on computer):
- Minimum speed: 40 words per minute.
- Maximum marks: 10; Minimum qualifying marks: 5.
- Shorthand Skill Test:
- Proficiency at the specified shorthand speed (100-120 wpm based on the post).
- Transcription time: 45 minutes.
- Maximum marks: 100; Minimum qualifying marks: 50.
- Written Test:
- Objective Type Question Paper:
- General English: 50 questions.
- General Aptitude/Logical Reasoning: 15-25 questions.
- Knowledge in Law (Court Master only): 25 questions.
- General Knowledge: 10-25 questions.
- Maximum marks: 100; Minimum qualifying marks: 50.

- Interview:
