Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized university.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in legal practice with expertise in criminal and fiscal law.
- Valid Bar Association membership and experience certificate.
Desirable Qualifications:
- LLM degree holders will be given preference.
- Candidates currently or previously empaneled with other Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) will also be given preference.
- Experience in handling FERA/FEMA/COFEPOSA/NDPS cases is desirable.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Represent the Directorate of Enforcement in Special Courts (PMLA).
- Assist and brief Senior Law Officers, Central Government Standing Counsels, and Panel Advocates.
- Ensure compliance with criminal and fiscal laws.
