Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a university recognized by UGC and the Bar Council of India.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.
- Expertise in handling legal matters related to succession acts, nominations, claim settlements, KYC/AML, fraud investigations, and NPAs.
- Experience in policy drafting, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
Age Limit:
- Maximum Age: 30 years (as of 31.01.2025).
- Relaxation: As per government norms.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Legal review of NPS regulations and policies.
- Drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manuals, and legal agreements.
- Compliance monitoring of Annuity Service Providers and Recordkeeping Agencies.
- Handling grievances, legal queries, and arbitration cases.
- Assisting in subscriber education through legal awareness programs.
