Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a university recognized by UGC and the Bar Council of India.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.
  • Expertise in handling legal matters related to succession acts, nominations, claim settlements, KYC/AML, fraud investigations, and NPAs.
  • Experience in policy drafting, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.

Age Limit:

  • Maximum Age: 30 years (as of 31.01.2025).
  • Relaxation: As per government norms.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Legal review of NPS regulations and policies.
  • Drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manuals, and legal agreements.
  • Compliance monitoring of Annuity Service Providers and Recordkeeping Agencies.
  • Handling grievances, legal queries, and arbitration cases.
  • Assisting in subscriber education through legal awareness programs.
