Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate degree in Law from a recognized university.
- Must be registered with the Bar Council of India.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 7 years of post-qualification practice in courts including High Courts, Sessions Courts, Magistrate Courts, Industrial and Labour Courts.
- Preference for those with experience in handling civil matters for government/semi-government/corporate organizations.
Language Proficiency
- Must possess working knowledge of Marathi, Hindi, and English.
Preferred Location
- Candidates residing within the MMRDA area will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities
- Representing MSSC in various courts including High Court, Sessions Court, Labour and Industrial Courts, Tribunals.
- Drafting legal documents: plaints, affidavits, counter-affidavits, agreements, etc.
- Providing legal opinions, participating in conferences and meetings.
- Submitting reports, order copies, and records of proceedings to MSSC.
- Maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling MSSC’s legal matters.

Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on qualifications and legal experience.
- Personal Interview (virtual or physical) at the MSSC office.
- Final selection will be based on merit, experience, and interview performance.
- Selected candidates will be required to enter into a formal service agreement with MSSC.
General Conditions
- Legal Advisors will work on a case-to-case basis.
- They will not be entitled to any regular employment benefits of MSSC.
- Conflict of interest or refusal to accept assigned work may lead to termination.
- Performance will be reviewed annually, and the contract may be extended by up to two additional years based on performance.
