Roles & Responsibilities
- Overall review of the necessary applicable laws to the company
- Ensure necessary legal compliance of various applicable laws
- Reviewing, vetting, drafting of legal agreements, letters, documents, etc.
- Monitoring compliance of key provisions contained in various existing agreements with stakeholders
- Coordinating with various service providers with respect to the agreements executed with them
- Coordinating with the company’s legal advisors on various matters
- Providing support to the secretarial team
Requirements
- A graduate/Postgraduate degree in Law
- Hands-on with corporate and compliance Laws
- 4-5 years of post-qualification experience in a similar profile
- Strong documentation/drafting skills
