Looking for an Associate /Senior Associate for my team – Commercial Contracts.
A corporate lawyer well-versed in drafting commercial agreements.
Requirements:
1. Should be conversant with contract/agreement vetting. This would include contracts between business partners, such as purchase and sale agreements or joint venture agreements, service provider, agreements, vendor agreements, NDAs, employment agreements, licensing agreements, terms of service and privacy policy and other commercial contracts.
2. Should be conversant with drafting Employee Stock Option Plans Policy (ESOP Policy).
3. Should be updated with the latest amendments in various corporate laws.
