About the Firm
Midas Legal is a full- service law firm operating from Noida and working with clients all over the country. We work in various areas of law, including court litigation, corporate laws, property and land laws, and intellectual property laws.
Eligibility
Only Those Candidates Can Apply Who-
• Are available for full time (in-office) internship
• Can start the internship from 26 December’22
• Are available for duration of 1 year
Role of Interns
- Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include: Assisting senior advocates in their filing and drafting
- Get an experience with all courts in Delhi NCR and Hon’ble Supreme Court of India
- Get exposure to corporate clients and corporate work as well
- Engaging in legal research, Drafting notices, replies, etc.
- Handle Non-Litigation and Legal Drafting
- Engage in Litigation and Court Procedure and Client Interaction
- Work and Understand Current Cases and Quick Learner
- Researching legal issues
- Drafting agreements or complaints as the case may be
- Flexible for stretch hours
