Duration of the Internship:

Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Assisting with legal research and drafting of Contractual Documents: MSA, NDA, etc.
- Supporting legal in all types of legal documentation for timely submission of RFPs.
- Maintaining Contract Tracker and legal repository.
- Conducting legal research on Statutory Compliance.
