Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualifications
- Graduate Degree in Law with a minimum of 55% marks (from a BCI-recognised institution).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Advocate, Research Associate, Legal Assistant in court, law firm, or government office.
- Must have passed the All India Bar Examination (AIBE).
Desirable Qualifications
- LL.M. / Postgraduate degree in law.
- Strong legal research skills, proficiency in legal databases such as SCC Online, Manupatra, LexisNexis, etc.
- Good knowledge of computers and standard software (MS Office).
Disqualification Criteria
- Engaged elsewhere on honorarium or otherwise.
- Involvement in any criminal case or pending investigation.
- Facing disciplinary proceedings with any legal or educational authority.
Job Responsibilities & Terms
- Assist the Indian Army’s Litigation Wing in service and administrative law matters.
- Full-time physical attendance required; not permitted to engage in other employment.
- Strict confidentiality and discipline protocols to be followed.
- Non-disclosure agreement to be signed before joining.
- Subject to termination at any stage without prior notice.
