Job Responsibilities
The selected Legal Officer will be responsible for:
- Handling all legal documentation and compliance for the Institute.
- Managing litigation, RTI, CPGRAMS, and statutory obligations (IT, GST, Labour Laws, etc.).
- Drafting and reviewing agreements and tenders.
- Liaising with legal counsel and authorities.
- Ensuring institutional compliance with applicable legal frameworks.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) with at least 55% marks and possess a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in a relevant legal role within an academic, governmental, or public sector environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems is highly desirable along with a comprehensive understanding of Indian legal systems.
