UPES Law Review is delighted to invite submissions from academicians, professionals, industry experts etc., for its Seventh Volume on the theme of- ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav – Transformation of Law and Justice in the last 75 years’.
The following sub-themes are suggested:
- Evolution of justice administration in the last 75 years, Evolution of intellectual property rights in the post TRIPS era, Evolution of labour laws in industrial establishments, Gender neutrality and women empowerment, Evolution of ‘corporate criminal liability’, Constitutional challenges in the last 75 years
The above sub-themes are only illustrative. UPES Law Review would welcome papers on other topics related to ‘Transformation of Law and Justice in the last 75 years’.

Communication of Acceptance of Abstract 2nd April 2022
Submission of Full Paper 10th June 2022
