Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Corporate Law Intern in their legal department. The Corporate Law Intern will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing support for ongoing legal matters. The intern will work closely with their legal team to gain experience and knowledge in Corporate Law.

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of corporate contracts.
• Conduct legal research and provide summaries to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance in business operations.
• Support the legal team in day-to-day activities and special projects.
• Gain exposure to intellectual property, employment law, and other relevant legal areas.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a law school program
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good understanding of Corporate Law principles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Internship experience in a legal environment is a plus
• Knowledge of intellectual property law is a plus
