About the Internship:
Responsibilities include:
1. Taking Ownership, Supervisory and coordination skills to improve service efficiency of dept.
2. Measuring success after conducting performance audits, reviewing strategy and motivational processes.
3. Identifying potentials and implementing strategies for building team effectiveness by promoting a spirit of cooperation between team members.
4. Forecasting workload and scheduling staff to meet anticipated workload within scheduled turnaround time thereby enhancing efficiency and meeting deadlines.
Eligibility:
1. Law Graduate
2. Good legal acumen
3. Written, Verbal Communication Skills
4. Drafting ability
5. Problem-solving skill with the ability work in team of multi-cultural environment,
Email Etiquettes and Communication Skills
6. Ability to prioritize issues, set goals, make decisions, work according to priorities to meet deadlines and a good team catalyst.
