About the Position
- The engagement is purely on a temporary contractual basis, co-terminus with the project.

Roles and Responsibilities
The Research Assistant will be responsible for:
- Assist in designing, executing, and documenting research studies at CERA.
- Conducting field research, data collection, and analysis.
- Preparing research reports, policy briefs, and academic publications.
- Providing administrative and logistical support for Centre activities and outreach programmes.
- Any other tasks assigned by the University Authority.
Selection Process
- Shortlisting will be based on eligibility and higher qualifications/experience.
- The University may conduct a written/skill test, seminar, or presentation as part of the evaluation.
- Only shortlisted candidates will receive interview call letters via email.
- No TA/DA will be provided for attending the selection process.
- The University reserves the right to modify, cancel, or not fill the post, depending on circumstances.
