About the Conference
This conference aims to foster interdisciplinary discussions on the balance between innovation incentives and public interest within the intellectual property (IP) landscape. It will bring together legal scholars, policymakers, industry leaders, and academicians to deliberate on contemporary issues such as equitable access to technology, compulsory licensing, copyright policies in the digital age, and sustainable development goals (SDGs) in IP law.

Publication and Submission Guidelines
We welcome submissions from students, research scholars, academicians, and professionals in law and related interdisciplinary fields. Selected papers will be published in a book with an ISBN. The formatting and citation style follow Bluebook 20th Edition, with a plagiarism limit of less than 10%.
Registration Fees
- Academicians/Professionals: ₹1500
- Students/Research Scholars: ₹1000
- IFHE Students: ₹500
- IFHE Faculty: No Fee
