Eligibility Criteria
Common Educational Qualification
- Essential:
- Full-time Degree in Law (LL.B.) with First Division or equivalent CGPA, OR
- Integrated 5-year Law degree with First Division or equivalent CGPA from a recognized university.
Experience Requirements
- Chief Manager (Law):
- Minimum 15 years of post-qualification executive experience in drafting/vetting legal documents, handling project financing, and legal due diligence.
- Expertise in DRT, Civil/Criminal Courts, and Arbitration proceedings.
- Deputy Manager (Law):
- Minimum 9 years of post-qualification executive experience, with core competence in project financing legal frameworks, arbitration, and corporate legal advisory.
- Officer (Law):
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification executive experience, with exposure to drafting legal documents and regulatory compliance.
Age Relaxation
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
- Maximum age, including relaxation, shall not exceed 56 years.
