Eligibility Criteria

Common Educational Qualification

  • Essential:
    • Full-time Degree in Law (LL.B.) with First Division or equivalent CGPA, OR
    • Integrated 5-year Law degree with First Division or equivalent CGPA from a recognized university.

Experience Requirements

  • Chief Manager (Law):
    • Minimum 15 years of post-qualification executive experience in drafting/vetting legal documents, handling project financing, and legal due diligence.
    • Expertise in DRT, Civil/Criminal Courts, and Arbitration proceedings.
  • Deputy Manager (Law):
    • Minimum 9 years of post-qualification executive experience, with core competence in project financing legal frameworks, arbitration, and corporate legal advisory.
  • Officer (Law):
    • Minimum 3 years of post-qualification executive experience, with exposure to drafting legal documents and regulatory compliance.

Age Relaxation

  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
  • PwBD: 10 years
  • Maximum age, including relaxation, shall not exceed 56 years.
