Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Lawyer located in Gurugram. The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the company, reviewing and drafting legal documents, keeping abreast of legal developments and advising the company accordingly, and managing legal disputes and litigation.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of commercial law, contract law, and corporate law
- Ability to provide legal advice and support to the company
- Ability to review and draft legal documents
- Ability to manage legal disputes and litigation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a corporate legal role is desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent
- Master’s degree in Law or equivalent is desirable
