Job Details
- The Firm specializes in arbitration.
- Court matters are also confined to cases that relate to arbitrations (which are being handled or were handled by the Firm).
- Other work includes drafting and/or reviewing contracts and Contract Management.
- There will be a brief period of training when the Associate would be exposed to the nature (and quality) of work/services rendered by the Firm.
- After achieving a mutual level of confidence, the Associate would be expected to handle all aspects of any arbitration assigned to him/her including drafting pleadings, appearances, advancing arguments etc.
- Expected services also include drafting/reviewing contracts and providing Contract Management (Legal) services to clients.
- Must follow-up and complete assigned tasks (irrespective of its magnitude) proactively with minimal supervision.
- Dedicate time and effort to ensure excellent quality of work.
- Ability to manage resources efficiently and effectively.
- Loyalty to the Firm and sincerity to the work assigned.
