Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Assist in the review of contracts to identify legal obligations.
- Record maintenance of all contracts.
- Prepare risk management and coordination with different internal team in this regard.
- Assist in developing risk management controls and systems.
They are looking for an intern to who will help them identify the liability clause and amount in the legal contracts and later try to identify how to mitigate those liabilities.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in legal risk management, corporate law or related field required. At least one year of related experience preferred.
