Responsibilities and Duties
- Filing of Trade Mark, Copyright and Design registration applications in India
- Drafting and Filing of Notice of Opposition, Counter Statement, Affidavit and Evidences in support of opposition/applications, Rectification Applications
- Attending Show Cause and/or Opposition hearings before the Trade Marks Registry
- Conducting Trade Mark Search (IP India Portal and Common Law Search)
- Research in the field of IPR laws
- Vetting and Drafting of IPR related Agreements
- Assistance in IPR Litigation Matters .
Additional Key Skills Required
Proficient in English, Proficient in operating Word and Excel
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor in Law;
- Enrolled with Bar Council of India
- Minimum one year of experience of working in the field of Intellectual Property Rights
