Details Regarding the Job Opening
JD : White Collar Crimes, Economic Offences & Commercial Litigation related assignments before Special Courts, Sessions Courts, CMM, DRT, NCLT, HC and SC.
PQE : 2-3 years varied exposure in above assignments.
Who can Apply?
Lawyers who want to build a thriving career in Banking Litigation and be on the forefront of legal and policy work that has ramifications for both industry and banking industry. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team. Candidates with strong academic background will be preferred. Prior work experience in Banking Litigation space will be given due weightage but is not a pre-requisite.
