About the Internship:

• Maintaining and managing relations effectively with clients
• Maintaining the standard of legal services provided to the clients through a systematic procedure
• Identifying and managing risk exposures and delivering proactive, effective and strategic advice for our operations in India
• Playing an important role in advising on drafting and negotiating commercial contracts associated with each of the firm business lines, including assisting with tender responses
• Assisting in the firm’s legal and compliance projects

Duration of Internship: 3 months

Eligibility:

• Hold a law degree from a recognized law school and 0-2 years of post-admission experience in private practice or an in-house position
• Have the ability to build strong relationships and engage with a very broad range of stakeholders with diverse skill-sets and personalities
• Have good communication skills
• Are available for full time (in-office) internship
• Can start the internship between 30th Jul’21 and 3rd Sep’21
• Are available for duration of 3 months
• Have relevant skills and interests
