About the Organization
Established by the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Student Research Group under the aegis of the Student Research Development Council, the GNLU SRDC-ADR Magazine is aimed at furthering its objectives of promoting high-quality research and scholarship by keeping pace with recent developments, judicial decisions, and practices being adopted in Indian and foreign jurisdictions. We aim to promote a comparative and interdisciplinary understanding of various dynamics shaping the field. The first issues of the Magazine, for January-March, is scheduled to be released in May, 2020.
About the Webinar
In the event of our publication of Volume III Issue I, scheduled to take place from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on 5th June 2022 (Sunday), we are hosting a Webinar session on the topic “Introduction to litigation practice: Skills, opportunities and challenges”. Senior Advocate Mr. Nitin G Thakkar, Bombay High Court and President of Bombay Bar association will speak on the topic from the chambers’ perspective and Mr. Ranjit Shetty, Senior Partner, Argus Partners will speak on the topic from law firms’ perspective.
