The Central Government is all set to table a bill on mediation in the upcoming winter session of the Parliament, thus giving an opportunity to re-discover the significance of mediation as an effective form of dispute resolution mechanism.

Continuing that trend, the CIArb India Branch has conceptualized a Webinar on “Embracing Mediation with Arbitration” on 27th October 2021, 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. with illustrious and eminent speakers from the higher judiciary, international mediation community and the Indian mediation circuit, to discuss the relevance of mediation in view of the present context where arbitration along with mediation can be effective in changing the landscape of alternate dispute resolution in India.
