About the Young Professional Vacancies at AAI
AAI is seeking dedicated Young Professionals (YPs) to be engaged at its Corporate Headquarters in Rajiv Gandhi Bhawan, Safdarjung Airport, New Delhi-03. Specifically, there are 02 (Two) vacancies for Level-1 Young Professionals within the Law Department. This engagement is on a contract basis for a period of one year. The primary nature of work for these positions is Legal work.
Essential Eligibility for AAI Young Law Professionals
To be considered for these highly sought-after Young Professional (Law) positions, candidates must meet specific eligibility criteria:
- Educational/Professional Qualification: You must possess a Law Graduate/Bachelor of Law degree.
- Experience: A minimum of 02 Years post-qualification experience in Legal work is essential.
- Age Limit: The maximum age limit is 32 years as on the closing date of application, which is June 16, 2025.
Candidates who do not fulfill the eligibility criteria will not be allowed or called to appear for the application verification and Walk-in Interview.
Role & Remuneration for AAI Young Professionals (Law)
As a Young Professional (Level-1) in the Law Department, your primary responsibility will involve Legal work. The engagement period is 01 (One) year.
In terms of compensation, the monthly remuneration for a Young Professional (Level-1) will be Rs. 60,000/- consolidated. An annual increment of Rs. 5,000/- will also be admissible. Remuneration will be paid upon the completion of each month, based on a Certificate of Attendance.
It is important to note that Young Professionals will not be entitled to various allowances such as Dearness Allowance (DA), Residential Telephone, Transport Facility, Personal Staff, Residential Accommodation, or Medical Reimbursement. However, Income Tax or any other applicable tax will be deducted at source as per prevailing rules, and AAI will issue a TDS certificate. Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing rate shall be admissible to the Young Professional where applicable, but AAI will not undertake liability for other taxes/fees/contributions payable by the Young Professional.

Along with the duly filled application, scanned copies of proof for your date of birth (10th Certificate), educational qualification, professional qualification, and work experience must be e-mailed.
