Qualification
LL.B from a recognised University.
PQE– 2 to 5 years
Eligibility
- Experienced in handling corporate commercial contracts, SHA, SPA & transactional agreements.
- Well- versed with the legal nuances of corporate transaction al work, including foreign exchange management and company law issues.
- Exceptional at contractual drafting, client communication, and contract negotiation, with keen attention to detail.
- Able to work cooperatively with the team, as well as, autonomously, and meet deadlines as per the requirement of the assignment.
