Job Description:

  • Docketing deadlines entry, review, and maintaining of records for different PTOs and Client Correspondence side;
  • Well-versed with various IP software and databases such as ANAQUA, Foundation IP, IP Manager, PATTSY, CPI, Memotech, etc.;
  • Knowledge of USPTO, EPO and other foreign patent prosecution steps and timelines;
  • Well-versed with IDS, Assignments, PTA, ADS, and other formal requisites.
  • QC of the processed volumes;
  • Data Validation;
  • Versed with client portfolio and communications management;
  • Deadline management – internal, client-side, PTO side;
  • Dashboard review;
  • Imparting Training;
  • Reports generation and customizations;
  • Adaptability to new projects;
  • Invoices preparation
