About The Internship:
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Assist in research in legal aspects of the company particularly existing land cases
- Assist in drafting legalities involved in issuing company tenders
- Draft hotel management and franchise agreements
- Research and draft licensing and other ancillary agreements
- Handle issues in intellectual property, labor & employment law, and data security
- Work on corporate law, work will include checking compliance with companies act and other relevant statutes

- are available for full time (in-office) internship
- can start the internship between 14th Jul’21 and 18th Aug’21
- are available for duration of 6 months
