Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing and controlling PAN India litigation database, including travelling to branch offices PAN India.
- In-depth knowledge of various laws applicable to an entity with proven skills in drafting legal & commercial documents for clients spread across PAN India.
- Conversant with the functional aspects of Legal Documentation, Lease and financing documents, vehicle rental agreements, Civil & Criminal Cases, NPA accounts, settlements and negotiations (litigation & Non- Litigation) Eligibility
- Should have a Law Degree
- 10+ years of PQE in Corporate
