About the hirer
Shantanu Derhgawen is a partner at SDA & Partners, and practice before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts as well as various tribunals. He also practice as an arbitration counsel and frequently appear before institutions such as the SIAC and the LCIA. He and his team advises leading media & entertainment companies, banks and NBFCs, Institutional VCs, IT/ITES companies and leading FMCG entities as well as private clients.

Areas of Work
Work shall involve contract drafting and review, drafting of various petitions across domains such as constitutional, arbitration, crime, IPR, banking and finance laws along with policy advisory to various government bodies and NGOs. One shall also have the opportunity to assist on a number of pro bono matters handled by the firm.
