Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualifications:
- Indian National.
- LLB Degree (3-year or 5-year integrated course) from an institute approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI).
- Minimum 60% aggregate marks in LLB.
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preference for candidates with a 5-year LLB degree from National Law Universities (NLUs).
- Advantage for candidates with a high PG CLAT Score.
Experience Requirements:
- Experience in legal divisions of Central Govt./State Govt./PSUs, Registered Companies, or Law Firms with over 20 years of practice.
- Expertise in drafting, vetting, and execution of legal documents, agreements, contracts, and MOUs.
- Knowledge of Corporate/Commercial Laws, Telecom Regulations, Cyber Laws, IPR, Arbitration, Taxation, Labour Laws, and Administrative Laws.
- Computer proficiency and ability to work in a digital environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling legal matters related to Arbitration, Commercial Contracts, Taxation, Service Matters, Labour Laws, and Land Disputes.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, tenders, agreements, and MOUs.
- Preparing writ petitions, counter-affidavits, review petitions, and arbitration claims.
- Attending court hearings, arbitration proceedings, and briefing legal officers.
- Conducting legal research and monitoring regulatory compliance.
Selection Process
- Screening Committee Review: Evaluation of applications based on qualifications and experience.
- Interview & Evaluation: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
- Final Selection: Based on the interview and screening scores.
