Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade.
- Experience and Knowledge:
- Prior research experience in legal and regulatory studies or interdisciplinary research.
- Familiarity with legal frameworks concerning digital platforms, technology, and gaming.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and methods, including case law and statutory analysis.
Desirable Qualifications
- Advanced Degrees:
- Master’s degree in Law with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade.
- Publications:
- A demonstrated record of publications in reputable academic journals is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
The selected Research Associates will:
- Conduct research on legal, regulatory, and policy dimensions of e-gaming in India and globally.
- Prepare detailed reports, policy briefs, and academic papers based on research findings.
- Engage with stakeholders, including government agencies, industry leaders, and consumer advocacy groups.
- Assist in organizing conferences, roundtable discussions, and dissemination events.
- Take on additional responsibilities aligned with the objectives of the e-gaming regulations project.
