About the Job Opportunity:
- Associate/Senior Associate in the trademark department.
- Work with domestic and international clientele on brand protection.
- Carrying out trademark searches, providing search opinions, advising on trademark filings, drafting responses to examination reports, drafting of notice of opposition, counterstatements, evidence, appearing before the Trademarks Registry, drafting cancellation petitions, conducting due diligence and related.
- Assisting seniors in allied matters.
Eligibility:
- LLB (3 year or 5 year) with 3-8 years of PQE in the trademark department of an IP law firm.
- Experience in carrying out trademark searches, providing search opinions, advising on trademark filings, drafting responses to examination reports, drafting of notice of opposition, counterstatements, evidence, appearing before the Trademarks Registry, drafting cancellation petitions, conducting due diligence and related.
- Above average academic credentials.
- Fluent in English.
- Team worker, highly motivated and able to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Enrolled with the Bar Council of India
