Responsibilities
- Drafts, assesses, analyzes, negotiates and finalizes contracts and agreements.
- Negotiates transactions and agreements governing M&A, business transfers, collaborations licensing, leasing, partnerships, and strategic alliances
Qualifications/ Skills
- PQE 2 to 3 years.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge of Contract Law, Corporate Laws, Real Estate Laws, Employment Laws, Etc.
- Client-service Experience
- Impeccable Written and spoken language skills.
- Ability to learn independently as well as collaboratively.
- Ability to prioritize and meet multiple and competing deadlines.
- Valid license to practice law.
