Eligibility
- Should have a LLB/LLM
- 2+ years of PQE
- Should have experience in handling general corporate advisory and corporate commercial transactions including M&A, private equity etc.
- Should have knowledge of SEBI, RBI regulations and employment and labour laws.
- Should have experience in handling compliance work for companies.
